Application high solids silicone to entire roof substrate at the rate of 2.00 Gallons Per Square Foot to achieve a total dry mil thickness of 31 dry mils. minimum. Additionally, gutters (Internal & External systems) to be seam seal and sprayed with silicone, to include all closures (Coverings over internal gutter system).

Preparation Process
1. Power wash / broom existing substrate to a clean & dry work-able surface.
2. Apply rust inhibiting primer anywhere evidence of surface rust exists.
3. Add additional fasteners to achieve tight “metal to metal” contact in seams, check, tighten and/or replace all unserviceable fasteners.
4. Apply mastic to all seams, fasteners, roof to wall transitions and/or anywhere there is anticipated movement.
