In his 12 years of service, he honed his leadership skills through years of extensive training and multiple combat tours. Following his military service Derek entered a career in land surveying. This provided him with the opportunity to expand his knowledge of GNSS services and systems. Derek moved up the chain in the surveying industry to the position of Survey Party Chief. Derek led several survey crews throughout oilfields of West Texas, surveying drilling pads, drilling locations and access roads to and from the drilling sites. In the summer of 2021 Derek joined Insight Services & Co. as Senior Project Manager. Derek has since been appointed as Senior Manager where he leads and develops Insights experienced personnel.

Jacob began his professional life as a United States Army Infantryman, serving in multiple disciplines ranging from small to large scale logistics operations from brigade level Airborne Operations to the facilitation of equipment transport in support for relief efforts in Port Au Prince, Haiti. Additionally, he executed training/combat operations at all phases from planning to on the ground leadership in Afghanistan. Furthermore, Jacob aided in US Army Recruiting operations covering 6000 square miles of Southern Louisiana. He was instrumental in the development of marketing strategies, community outreach, coordination of monthly training events. He was responsible for conducting comprehensive background investigations as well as the leadership of several hundred young Americans preparing to enter the US Army.
Jacob medically retired from the Army in 2016 due to combat injuries. Following Jacobs military career he returned to school to pursue a nursing career. While attending nursing school he interned at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL. During his internship he worked in multiple critical care environments. Most notably caring for the initial wave of Covid-19 patients. Jacob used this time to learn from his experiences working with critically ill patients to better develop himself professionally. In 2021, Jacob began providing consulting services in project management and the establishment of productivity strategies. In the summer of 2022, Jacob joined the Insight Services & Co team as Program Manager. He continues to create strategies to improve Insights ability to operate in a wide range of industries.

Andrew has operated as an Electrician for 18 years as well as serving in multiple trades to include slab to punch out concrete, new construction, renovations, additions, demolition of big box stores, high end retail, restaurants, and hotels. Andrews most notable projects include the 103-room addition to John F. Kennedy Hospital in Palm Beach Florida and the Port St. Lucie’s Cover Park renovation. Andrew has served in the capacity as foremen in the construction of custom high-end homes on palm beach island. Additionally, Andrew has extensive experienced in Smart/Automation controls audio/video fire alarm and EMS wiring. He operated multiple service vehicles handling customer invoice/billing scheduling inventory and maintenance.
