We recently completed a comprehensive HVAC and server room upgrade, including:
- Recommissioned (1) Trane 5-ton package unit
- Cleaned (3) blade group condenser coils
- Pumped down and serviced (1) Trane 5-ton unit, including refrigerant recovery, filter dryer, and expansion valve replacement
- Replaced existing supply grills with new 360 directional grills for (5) offices
